Construction teams lose more than 14 hours a week — about a third of their time — to chasing information, resolving conflicts and redoing work that started as a missed detail in the field (FMI/PlanGrid, 2018).

Every pin, every comment, one PDF.

Reporting used to start on the Kanban board: if nobody had been assigned, there was nothing to report. But most real site work does not begin that organised — a photo survey, a client markup, a quick walkthrough. So now you can export a complete PDF straight from the file itself, with no task setup at all.

Two ways out of a file

Item Report: Export PDF from the file's top bar. Every pin and every comment on that file, assigned or not. No chooser, no filters.
To-Do reports: Generated from the file or the Kanban board, driven by assignments — for when the work already has owners and statuses.

Built to be printed and clicked

Monochrome and safe on a black-and-white site printer — hierarchy comes from spacing and alignment, not colour pills that die in the toner.
A QR code back to the item repeats on every page, so a single sheet torn off a printed pack still leads to the project.
On screen, every action is a visible link that lands on the exact comment — not the file's home view.
Grouped by pin: the description first, then its subtasks. Pins read Open or Resolved; tasks read To Do, In Progress or Done. The two are never mixed.
Pages with no pins on them are skipped, and regenerating the same report never shuffles the order.
Voice comments carry their duration and a link to listen in the app; attachments carry a count and a link to open them.
Generated on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to a rendering server to produce the PDF.

What it is not, yet

A report covers one file. There are no folder-level or multi-file reports.
No priority or due-date columns, no e-signature, no client logo, no custom templates.
Media is linked, never embedded — there is no audio player or attachment preview inside the PDF.

Sketch directly on the plan. Like you would on paper.

Drawing on plans is the fastest way to mark an issue when words won't do. PinMy supports freehand sketching directly over any PDF, photo, or floor plan — with the simplicity of a pen on paper and the traceability of a digital record.

Pins on 3D models (IFC).

Upload an IFC file and PinMy turns it into a fast, lightweight 3D model on any phone. Drop pins on the building and attach a photo, voice note, text, video, or PDF — the same capture and collaboration layer you use on PDFs, now on 3D. And with BCF 2.1 import and export, issues move both ways between PinMy and the desktop BIM tools your coordinator already runs.

We capture data the moment it's created. That's the difference.

Most construction software analyses data after someone has already typed it into another system. By then, half the context is missing and the field worker has moved on.

PinMy sits at the moment of creation — the field worker speaks, photographs, draws, and the record is structured for the rest of the team automatically.

This is what the construction industry calls the authoring layer. It's where the data is most valuable, and it's the layer that's hardest to replace once teams adopt it.
