PinMy at Transfiere 2026: Mapping the Future of ConTech Innovation in Andalusia
How Europe's premier R&D forum and a guided tour with Andalucía TRADE are helping us secure the funding and partnerships needed to scale our visual collaboration platform.
This week, the PinMy team — attended the 15th edition of the Transfiere European Forum for Science, Technology, and Innovation in Málaga. Held at FYCMA, Transfiere is widely recognized as the main R&D&I meeting point in Southern Europe, bringing together over 600 entities, 300 experts, investors, and public administrations. As a ConTech startup dedicated to bringing order to the chaos of construction site communication, immersing ourselves in this massive innovation hub is vital for our growth.
This year, alongside exploring the cutting-edge tech exhibitions, we participated in a standout initiative organized by Andalucía TRADE: the "Ecosistema en Acción" (Ecosystem in Action) guided tour. This brilliant program was designed to connect Andalusian startups directly with key national and international innovation agents.
Guided by Jaime Durán Díaz (Innovation and Transfer Technician at TRADE), we followed a strategic roadmap tailored to our current goals: securing financing to scale, finding partners for pilot projects in construction and telecommunications, and laying the groundwork for internationalization.
Key Stops on Our Innovation Roadmap:
- ENISA & CDTI (Funding for Growth): We explored financing avenues (like ENISA loans) to help us scale our operations and discussed how R&D funding (CDTI) can support our upcoming features, including AI applied to site management and ESG traceability metrics.
- Smart City Clusters (Connecting with Clusters): Engaging with national business clusters is a priority for PinMy. We are actively seeking partnerships with AECO and Telecom associations to bring our tool to more professionals.
- APTE & ANCES (Scaling & Internationalization): We connected with representatives from technology parks and business innovation centers to understand the support available for taking PinMy to international markets.
The Bottom Line: Our core mission remains the same: PinMy helps construction and telecom field teams move away from scattered WhatsApp messages and emails. We provide a traceable environment for photos, floor plans, and daily reports, generating automated summaries with a single click.
Events like Transfiere and the hands-on support of entities like Andalucía TRADE are exactly what startups like ours need to accelerate that mission. We return to the office with a clear roadmap for financing, exciting new pilot opportunities, and a much stronger network.
A big thank you to the Andalucía TRADE team for an incredibly productive event!
