What PinMy is
PinMy is a mobile-first visual collaboration app for AECO — architecture, engineering, construction and operations. You open a PDF plan, a site photo, a walkthrough video, a map or a 3D IFC model on your phone, tap the exact spot where the problem is, and leave a voice note, photo, video or text comment pinned to that point.
Voice notes are transcribed automatically and become searchable, so a note recorded with gloves on in a noisy stairwell is still findable three months later. Every pin and every comment on a file can be exported as a PDF report straight from that file, with no board to set up and no assignment step first.
It runs on iOS, iPadOS, Android, any web browser, and as a Chrome extension. The app interface ships in 8 languages; this website publishes in 10 locales; voice transcription covers 20+ languages. Those are three different numbers for three different things, and we try never to blur them into one.
What PinMy is not
PinMy does not replace Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit or a common data environment, and it is not trying to. It is the mobile capture layer that feeds them: field data is captured as structured pins on site, and IFC issues move in and out as BCF 2.1 files.
For a team with no structured tool at all, PinMy is the affordable first step out of paper and WhatsApp. For a team already running a CDE, it is the phone-shaped end of that workflow.
