PinMy Free is free forever and needs no credit card. Premium is €8.99 per month excluding VAT, and the annual plan gives you two months free. Teams pricing is custom, built around seats, storage, integrations and security requirements. There is no trial to expire: the free plan simply keeps working.

How VAT works
The €8.99 figure is net. PinMy OÜ is the merchant of record when you subscribe here on the web, and VAT is applied at checkout — so what you actually pay depends on where you are.
EU consumers are charged their own country's rate under the OSS scheme. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT at all under the reverse-charge rule and pay the net price — but only on the web. That matters, because the typical PinMy buyer is a VAT-registered construction firm rather than a consumer.
On the App Store and Google Play, Apple and Google are the merchant of record. They set their own local price tier including local tax, and they cannot apply reverse charge. That is why the store price and the web price are not always the same number.
Monthly or annual
Premium bills monthly or yearly. The yearly plan charges ten months and gives you two free. You can switch between them, and you can cancel at any time — a cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then drops back to the free plan rather than locking you out of your files.
What is still in beta
PDF reports and BCF 2.1 import/export are shipped and usable on every plan, and both are labelled beta. That means the layout and the export options are still moving. We would rather say so here than have you discover it after paying.
Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is free forever rather than a trial. It covers 6 files, 62 MB of storage (12 MB at sign-up plus 50 MB once you finish onboarding), 6 MB per file, 30-second voice comments, unlimited pins, comments and replies, unlimited files shared with you, pins on plans, photos, maps and 3D IFC models, and PDF To-Do reports in beta. No credit card is asked for at any point.
Is VAT included in the €8.99?
No. €8.99 is the net price. On the web, VAT is added at checkout at your country's rate under the EU OSS scheme, and EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay the net price under reverse charge. On the App Store and Google Play the store sets its own local price including local tax, so the figure shown there can differ.
What is the annual discount?
The annual plan charges for ten months instead of twelve — two months free. It is the same Premium plan either way; only the billing period changes.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, at any time. If you cancel Premium you keep it until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan. Your files and pins stay where they are; the free plan's limits apply again.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card and no trial to expire. You only enter payment details if and when you decide to upgrade.
How is Teams priced?
Teams is quoted per organisation because the things that drive its cost — number of seats, storage, custom integrations, white-labelling, SSO, audit logs and a DPA — vary too much to list a single figure honestly. Write to [email protected] and you will get a number rather than a form.
